Founded in 2009 by Crispo Chisembwere as a close corporation specialising in civil and general building, the company converted to a (Pty) Ltd in 2012 and expanded into wood and aluminium manufacturing.

Through specialised divisions spanning civil engineering, roads and earthworks, carpentry & joinery, building, and property development, JayChis delivers a complete construction solution — backed by an experienced directorate and a workforce of 20+ dedicated professionals.
